I have expanded my portfolio to 100 properties since joining Howard Hanna, and my goal is to reach 120 properties in the next 6 months. I focus on investor-represented properties as well as single and multi-family homes in Williamsburg, James City, York, City of Newport News, and City of Hampton.

I am committed to helping you maximize your investment in the ever-changing market conditions, with rental prices continuing to increase. I will assist you in securing the best tenants for your property, conducting yearly inspections, and more if needed, to ensure proper maintenance of the house. Tenants will have access to a portal to make payments and submit maintenance requests. We encourage tenants to set up auto-debit for rent, which is due on the first and late on the sixth. As an owner, you will receive your proceeds by the ninth of each month.

You will have access to your online statements anytime on your portal, and you will be notified of all maintenance requests. Year-end statements will be provided for your tax records..
